1. Payment & Refund Policy

Delays in payment, incorrect bank details, invalid credit or debit cards, or insufficient balance are the responsibility of the client. In such cases, the payment is non-refundable. Additionally, the Company reserves the right to take legal measures in cases of fraud.
By using our services, the user fully and unconditionally accepts all clauses included in the site’s policy.

2. Event Entry Requirements

Access to the main stage during the headline artist performance may be restricted. By purchasing a ticket and entering the venue, you acknowledge this policy.
The event has a strict 18+ age restriction. Anyone under 18 will be refused entry. Identification may be required at the entrance.
Dress Code: No football/basketball jerseys, or ideological attire that may offend others are allowed. The right of admission is reserved, no entery with flip-flops.
Lineups, opening, and set times may change on the day of the event.
It is strictly prohibited to bring beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) into the premises.
Unauthorized recording is prohibited. Selfie sticks are not allowed.
Re-entry policy: After leaving the venue, you must go through Face-Control and security again to re-enter. Keep your ticket & wristband until the end of the event.
Each event ticket may include specific entry rules applicable to that particular event.
Any additional or updated rules will be added to your ticket.
If no such rules are indicated on your ticket, the general rules outlined here shall apply.

3. Ticket Refunds & Face Control

Ticket refunds for a canceled event can be requested within 72 hours after cancellation.
You can request a full refund for your ticket within 24 hours of purchase. In case of a partial refund for ticket purchases, a 5% fee of the refunded ticket price will be charged.
If denied entry due to Face Control, the ticket price will be fully refunded within the next week — unless it was activated via QR code at the entrance.

No refunds will be issued if the ticket holder does not attend the event.
The staff reserves the right to deny entry to anyone, with a full refund of the ticket price. Even with an invitation, Face Control remains mandatory.
If you have purchased tickets as a group, please arrive and check in together to avoid any issues.
The condition comes into force from the moment the user clicks the “Purchase Ticket” button, which is considered his agreement to the terms of this Agreement.

4. Delivery Method

For the ticket paid online, the e-ticket is automatically issued and sent via e-mail to the address mentioned at the reservation moment.
Our website generates individual online tax receipts immediately after purchase. Our system is integrated with the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia and operates in full compliance with legal regulations.

5. Liability

Attendees are responsible for their personal property at all times. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not leave belongings unattended.
The organizer is not responsible for adverse weather conditions.
The use of the page and/or its services signifies full acceptance without reservations, and the validity of each one of the General Conditions contained in these norms of use. The access and use of determined services offered to users at this site may be subject to determined conditions that, depending on the case complete or substitute these norms of use, by which the user, prior to access and use of the services and content, must read and accept the afore-mentioned conditions.
