1. What should I do if I receive an invitation?
This is your personal ticket. You don’t need to confirm anything—just arrive at the event at the specified time.
2. Can I share my invitation with others?
No. The QR code is unique and valid only for you. Do not share it publicly.
3. Can I come alone if my invitation is for two people?
Yes, but in that case, the second ticket will be void.
4. What happens if I am denied entry due to Face Control?
If you are denied entry due to Face Control, your ticket price will be fully refunded within the nex week.
At the entrance, ask the employee to register your ticket number, so that the ticket refund is automatic and quick.
5. Is smoking allowed at the event?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hall, on the dance floor, and near the stage. There will be a designated smoking area. Violators may be removed from the event
6. Are the organizers responsible for lost items?
No, the organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please take care of your belongings.
7. Will I get a refund if I was unable to attend the event?
Regardless of the reason for your absence, your tickets are considered void and are non-refundable.
8. How will I receive the tickets purchased online?
When purchased online, tickets are sent to your specified email address in the form of a QR code.
9. Do I need to print the tickets, or can I show them on my phone at the entrance?
There’s no need to print your tickets — you can simply show them on your phone at the entrance. However, if you prefer, you’re welcome to print them yourself.
